The pain in my tooth is driving me nuts. Its those kind of agonising pain. Makes you once in a while have no choice but to scream out and shout "ahhhh....". i'm trying of many ways to distract my mind off it. Like blogging now and chatting to people. But when i stop my brain keeps telling me about it. Then I began to ask God why he won't take it away. As i reflected I begin to be able to identify with the people in the bible. those who went through extreme pain because of the gospel, or God have to put them through a kind of like physical pain. Not those kind of emotional kind, but physical pain have a kind of power in it.

It will make you want to find and look for any kind of solution that will aid in removing the pain. Even if its temporary, you will want to give it a try. I took 2 panadol extra. Had the intention to take another 2, to see how it can numb my body. I had the intention to bite myself of bang myself on something to take my mind off this pain. Like in war times, when they have a wound that is so pain, they will inflict another pain to like make their brain be distracted about the real pain.

Job was given a chance to remove all the pain, which i believe is much much worst than what i'm experiencing. You guys have an external infection before? Like a cut that was not treated and it began to keep flowing pus for like a couple of weeks. The pain is horrendous as well. I had that as well. i think that's what job is experiencing. He tried to use pottery pieces to scrap himself.

He don't have painkillers at that time, maybe he found some kind of grass that he can eat to ease it, like chinese medicine. LOL. But i doubt so. His friends gave him a solution. Curse God and die.

He could have. To remove himself of the pain that he is suffering. he could have done that. But he choose not to. Paul and peter and the others as well. When they go through the persecution, they could have deny Christ and be immediately freed from a lifetime of pain. From the stoning to the flogging to even the emotional pain.

They chose not to.

I believe there must be something in the power of the gospel and the reality of Jesus Christ that they have encounter they kept them going. Really. Speaking from now with the pain still on the left side of my head, still throbbing with every letter that i'm typing. If the resecrrection didn't happen, they wouldn't have the endurance to go through the pain.

When you are going through a physical pain like this, the pain is so real. Sometimes even more real than God. God really happen in the lives of Paul and his friends to keep that sticking onto the faith.

Now I understand what they went through.

They had hope for a better future.

They knew God is with them and will bring all these to pass soon.

This kept them going.

And going.

through the pain, even forsaking the chance to remove this pain.

You can pinch yourself real hard now.

TRY la.

God is as real as that pain. =)

This is accidental blogging, i'm suppose to type an emails to my leaders about an article that I read about, telling them about some reflections. But oh well, it turn out too long so I rather make it available for everyone. I'm super tired now, gonna rest. my brain n body is fried, but i prefer grilled, taste better.

I think what the article says is very true. Almost everything can be gotten online, all kinds of information and scripture understanding. But what our people need is really a kind of walking with God not in head knowledge, but walking with God as in how to really do it among all of life's troubles and temptations.

Life impartation is so much more important when we teach our people. They don't need more info, but more inspiration in life. Those comes from our experiences from walking with God in the real world.

This is good for those that wants to become teachers too, a good way to start building and establishing your resume and portfolio of life experiences. So let's get out of routine here and there, not just once in a while and experience life. Travel, short term missions, meet new people of different walks, hear from different people, read a book, surf the net, read news articles(don't just read the news, esp sg ones. rubbish) Anyone got anymore interesting suggestions?

Another food for thought is especially in teaching and leading those who have been in church for some time. They seems to been under a lot of teaching and we have not much left to teach them. What's next then.

WHOoooooo. what a day it was last sunday. finally i got the time to really blog about it. First time my team come to 80 percent to surprise us. But you know what happen guys? who was the one that leak things out?

TO THE WORLD!
JOY yes its YOU!

I called her and shu bian asked her why she have not reply my email. She just do her usual haha, then she tell me after she plan abt it with the rest then she will tell me about it. So, I was thinking, er.. why this kind of simple outing need to plan so detailedly one meh. nvm. HAHA, you let the dog out of the bag! Still remember last year it was you to is suppose to lead all of us to the place and then we disappear right in front of your eyes. You still said "Alamak, they were behind me one." then she started laughing away. haha. Nice one shar.

I wanted to bring my team out for in line skating with pinic in the morning. But the unfortunate rain made us stuck at macs and different shelter.

So we decided to put on a super thick skin, and have our "pincic" revolutionary in east coast BK!!!! Can you imagine that? Buy a few drinks and we start to take out all the bread and tuna and biskits. my gosh! *grabs my face* Star tried to hide it in his bag. hehe, but in e end we don't care la. As you can see.

You can see how much Denise is enjoying it.

In the end we were being chased out, but we are nearly done. hahaha. Cool man, pinic at BK and we can happily sit for for nearly an hour and all the staff just walk pass us. We even prayed for God to make them blind... er.. temporarily la. So we went out to have our meeting and finish up the food.

After which we continue on with the plan. IN LINE SKATING!!

All getting ready to go. Guess how many didn't know how to skate. 3 of them!! oh no, we are in for a ride! haha. I still think Liang BS lor. He say he didn't know how to skate , but manage to walk and skate after he got up. What born skater ah. fool. hehe.

The skating experience was hell of a time, its really tiring to balance ourselves and also move the distance. You have to use every part of your body to try and balance yourself. Think those who want to slim down you can try in line skating man. Good sun tan activity, skate with your top off, song man.

After the whole thing, everyone was complaining about their leg pain, body ache, tired. Me too, leg like swollen like that. haha. Think we didn't know how to exactly wear it.

Denise was so tired that she slept in front of the stall. haha. didn't know I took this right. Joy and yanyu is posing at the back. hehe.

Till now i still can't get the hang of breaking. i can break when I go fast. Anyone got any tip? If you can teach me I really want to learn.

So team, when will be the next time we will skate again? hehe... 8dolars for 2 hrs, not too bad what.

Was glad that at the end of the day everyone learnt how to skate. Great perseverance and patience shar and joy. Joy was really funny, she took dunno how many falls man. I think more than 20 over falls. At the trip back, she can't move over 10 metres. haha. She's strong. Shar is really scare initially, but she manage to learn it well with the help of qin and the rest of the girls.

So after that, qin keep asking us to go to the beach, aiyah, you think we stupid, of course have things planned la.

We sat down at by the beach and did some sweet sharing and affirmations. Look at the beautiful evening sky. this is the kind of memories that we leave when we serve God hard and play hard at the same time. Taking time to affirm and

The cards that they did was awesome also, great to have designers in our team. We are all gifted so differently, and when we put all these gifts together its so beautiful. If you look at shar's card, at the corner got this chinese word, you can figure out what it is describing. hehehe. the words there can glow in the dark. if you look at my card, its actually very interesting. Those things that are attached to my name, they are actually magnets in Styrofoam, then the words have wiring underneath, which enables them to stick onto it. Amazing idea liang. Each of the stryofoam have a symbol representing us. haha. *i can hear much giggles from my the team reading this.*

After the affirmation, they bu ba xiu, die die want to sabo all of us. Even prepare clothes for us already, which was really nice. =)

i need not say much, but just watch.....

oh well. No matter how old, you see people enjoying doing this.

One thing, WE MISS OUR LION AND MONSTER, CHENG SOOOO SOOOO SOOOO SAD YOU WERE SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and JAC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE IN CHINA!!!! WE MISS YOU VERY VERY MUCH AS WELL. haiz, we will come together again.

Thanks team for this day, I am both much blessed by the fellowship and the whole day that we can spend together. Mostly the friendship. We will grow old together. Carry one another's child, attend one another's wedding. oh my, i'm getting emotional here. Ok stop.

Treasure the people around. I think, every relationship we have to cultivate it and nurture it if we really treasure it. Some of us in the future may have moved on to places where we can never imagining God bringing us there, but think we should always make time for one another to catch up and show bits of concern here and there. once in a while a short and sweet sms, once in a while an longer msn conversation. All these goes a long way. Covenanted relationship is what we are building. Shar is teaching all of us this saturday's DMM about this area. believe it will be passed down in all your leadership meets and DMMs. Keep pestering and asking your leaders for good teachings and the word alright? We need to grow stronger in this each day and week. ;)

Yesterday's sermon was great. It is really a great reminder on really serving God and obeying God in our life. I call this a HOPE teaching.

The church that I come from have this strong culture. We believe in serving God fully with our all. i still remembered that was why i serve God in the beginning. I begin to ask myself, is Jesus real? Is God real or just an idea that I'm being brainwashed about. Am I truly convinced that Christ died for me and because of that I am going to have eternal life. (You see I believe so much that I have already used the continuous tense) I checked my life, I check with the things that are happening in the world. I can't deny that God touched me. With my logical mind and reasoning, even science and my human reasoning points to God. With my heart I have an unexplainable and incomprehensible believe in the one that I say my prayers to. Experience tells me more about the God I know.

This understanding didn't just pop up suddenly, but as I took that step of faith I can see the picture getting clearer and clearer. I decided about this idea when I was sec 3. You think its young? Well, it was a gamble that i took. But I know from a young age that there has to be a God. I was very inquisitive by nature. God manage to answer questions that I had and give answers through experience and assurances. More than the logical and physical answer that I need.

This was what I was reminded of when I was listening to the sermon.

I begin to ask myself during altercall.

Am I serving God as who he is worth? Is Jesus the king? Is Jesus the Lord?

I'm still staring at these questions now. Making sure when there are times I need to choose him again. I will. I must serve Jesus for who he is worth, if i believe that he is truly the son of God. No excuses make. I pray I will keep doing this for the rest of my life.

Do you like movies? I'm a big fan of films and animations. Not just watching it but in the future hope I can learn about about film analysis and criticism. Like minded people feel free to discuss with me. My last movie was Ratatooeee with Gideon. Have hear people mentioning it to be the best animation that have watched. But some saying its really not that nice after all. Well... haha.

Anyway, just saw this off youtube. This year was Transformers, next year.....

well.. but i have my reservations about superheroes movies. Just look at what happen to Ghost Rider and Spiderman part 2. :S my goodness. I hope Mike Bay and his team don't spoilt Transformers. But War Machine is one of my Fav, esp last time playing Marvel vs Capcom. Remember those days?

The Miracle that God is doing to the EAST

Last week was really a hell of a one for me. Or maybe I was being transported from heaven to hell and back and fro in a great myriad of emotions. Things like that happens to us to make us to put at the edge of our service to God. Let me recollect what happen and how did things resolve.

Thur
Our agent June rang me. Not a common call I will receive. Indeed, an uncommon news i receive from her. HDB complain. Landlord unhappy. Say we breach contract. We have to shift out. In 3 days time...
I had no better words to respond. Put down the phone to pick myself together first.

Fri
Met the agent up with Cheng. Requested for a week's time, in fact, that's the max the LandLord can give. Lost, sat at the park stoned for some time. Weight out our choice. Not much. Needed a miracle in my heart. But can't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Cheng is helpless too, but more optimistic than me.

Sat
Urgently had to meet my team up before CLM. Drew up the choices for them to see. Everyone hear patiently, gave their suggestions whatever they can. Our choices are limited. We have a week exactly to move out.

Find a new place. But prices are at its peak now. 2K for what we have now.
Don't have an RC.
then, what to do with our tenants? We have 4 of them.
Find a cheaper option. the cheapest we can get is 1.5K for a 3 rm.
But 3 rm how to have an RC?

The team decided on just go and find. The spirit of East leadership, just wack. God will back us up.

CLM
During worship God spoke. I GOT TO HAVE SOME FAITH. It went into me and shoke the fear and anxiousness out of my bones. I finally could sense the direction that God wants to bring us to.
Everytime when God wants to bring the whole district to another level. Something gonna happen to our RC. He stretches our faith, our unity, the core of our spirit, our people, our toughness, our willingness, our giving. More than what i can say.
This round, it will be. It will be, another round of faith opportunity for us. Its time to put our faith into action. Ok, no matter how tough the situation is, God is bigger than this. We will see this through this situation. We have not got such a hard situation before, surly, then, we will see a bigger miracle that we have never see before. Everyone got to believe together, pray together, we will pull through this together.
These words. Seriously didn't flow out from me. I think that night God posses me to make sure I speak his words of faith into the people.

Alright then, will meet the whole district on monday evening, our once in a blue moon tampines stadium rally. who says only PAP uses it.

Monday
Reality strikes. Its monday, I have 5 more days to get a whole flat or a place each for all my tenants. Panic. Search high and low for help. Cheng, shar, qin and myself are in the Search for new RC team.

Tuesday - Thur
Each of these days I woke up to the realisation that we still do not have an RC. Some mornings i sprang up from my bed. Then immediately that thought strikes.
I don't understand my anxiousness.
i know God is in control and in the end God will do something. But still my heart can't help but beat extremely faster these few days. Just can't concentrate on my work and other things.

Wed, Thur
Something interesting happens. I realise that i'm very tired even after long hours of sleep. Unlike me, I don't sleep more than 6 hours a day normally. But this week have been getting 8-9 hours of sleep. And after that "recommeded" hours of sleep, I feel even more tired these few days.
Wed nite, I reach home dead beaten. Told serene(my younger sis) to wake me up after half an hour of sleep. In normal circumstances I will wake up compared to them. But this time round they (after Jasmine came back) have much trouble.
The next morning, I woke up realising what happen to me last night. I was so tired that i sleep and refuse to wake up to their calling. I rememberd what I did to them when they woke me up. I realise that i was actually saying (in chinese):" No use, don't wake me up, even if I wake up also no use. I can't do anything. There isn't much to be done"

I was shock by my subconscious and involuntarily respond to them.

Then i realise that I was not physically tired. But mentally and emotionally I was totally drained out by all the worrying and thinking. this whole RC thing. I can't remember the last time such a thing happen to me. Well Thank God for it as I experience this.

So practically I took a long time to pray that thur nite. Was so charge up after that. I can feel my whole heart is being much strengthen and lifted up after meeting God. That's what i need, some spiritual rest and emotional uploading to above. Some learning point here, sometimes when we are too tired, its not that we are physically tired and need to rest physically. I think physical rest helps and is needed. But we have to check the other areas in our life and make sure its doing well as well. All our beings are tied up. God created us to be holistic and we need to take care of ourselves holistically. erhmmm... **some ppl reading this may have to repent. =)
Fri
Still no news about where to move ben to except winstar's place. So today we will shift ben's stuff.
John situation is still a big question mark.
At least yesterday we moved apinun's stuff out.

thank God for my poly core team. You guys are the pillars as i say. They came down early morning to get things packed and boxed.

Apinun moved over to matt's dad's place. Good la for him. Jia you brother in whatever you do. God will help you to balance everything well and excel in it. You are a smart ass. Use that(not the ass) for God. ;)
Ben over to winstar's place. You ah, make star sick with your unusually adaptation to cooler places. Blast the fan till he caught a flu. Next time i bring you to sauna train you. Star's let's torture him...

our RC???

We will not have one till the end of the year.

But just today, Gek ting's sister confirm with us that.....

WE CAN TAKE THEIR PLACE FOR 1.4k That's really a good price(Sorry actually its more than that, in case other people read this).
SO we will have our RC next year. JUST BESIDE MY PLACE. goodness. If you guys too noisy I can shout at you all to keep quiet. =P

Well, here again EAST. God is with us. Another memorial of blessing that we will establish for him. God is faithful, and God will bring us to where he wants us to be. Whatever door He opens, only He can close it. We just have to obey.

Time to give more next year.
Time to grow.
Time to see a new era and height for our district! Gambate!

Its really hard for me to discipline to blog. I can't believe it. Pastor Jeff says he can't wait to blog things down, but for me to sit down and pen things down is another thing. Sometimes I do have things that i wan tot write about but just that when I wan to blog that time, i forget what to blog about! haha, ok, will work on this.

So have everyone had a good time learning and listening to those sermons? Have been busy in the nights at times, so can't really consistently upload those sermons on a daily basis. Sorry about that. Thanks alfonso man, you are the faithful one that will download it everyday, keep reminding me to upload it everynight. I try to give a more wide range or teachings to everyone to learn. Sometimes i will upload my shepherding as well. hehe, but there will be those funny moments that we talk and play stupid stuff. Hope you don't mind.

DAY 1 of munching the word

Today EASTD had our DMM, i spoke to my guys about the spiritual atmosphere in our group. We really need to increase this element in our group here. Some points i really want to re-reiterate. To start off the spiritual atmosphere in our group, it has to start in each of our hearts and lives first. We can't be spiritual restless and ignorant. i.e, spiritual bochapness. You get what i mean.

When was the last time that you really took time to fight off all the distraction in your life and take that time out to seek God and worship. NOT come to him like a "cai shen ye", or a prayer box leh. But really to take time to wait upon him and seek his face, not his hands. Enjoying God in the comfort of your house and not just the service, or CG. If at home day in and out you can do this, surly your life will not be the same as you allow God to be part of it.

Yesterday, i have a hard night. I wanted to do just that, pray and seek him. What i wanted is that 10 mins with him. But in the end i took 30 over mins. 20 plus mins trying to focus and concentrate and wrestling with my distractions and monkeys filled mind. Trying to cage all of them up and make them sit still. Woo... Finally after i get to really worship and talk to him, that 10 mins was splendid, totally awesome. When was the last time you did this in the comfort of your house. Spiritual senses people. ahhh a short poem:

ok. Lame.

So we came out with a game plan to increase our spiritual hunger and senses in our life. Brothers this is tough, but tough training brings out the best in man.

Sermon time

Sometimes going to church can really seem to be a very routinal thing to do every weekend. At least if you are a leader in church, you get to do things and also are taking care of people around you. But if you are not, things sometimes can get a little boring. Today i just talked with a brother whom i'm helping to get him on track with God again.

He once told me that now in service, when he listens to the sermon, he doesn't learn anything and its just another sermon. You understand how he feels? Some people out there you really feel like that. Or the sermon doesn't touch you or speak to you at all.

Feeling for the brother and really wanting to help him get on track with God, here are some things i told him about. Maybe it will cause you to relook at the every week sermon differently. Its really not sian one. IN FACT, God's word really does change life. mine esp.

- Take home point. Have a take home application point. There are so many things that are being preach week in and out. You just need to apply one single point each week and defintely you will start to see your life change and the word of God applicable to you.

So choose one point, jolt it down somewhere visible during the week. Preferably your HP screensaver or some diary. Then put that point into daily life use.

- understand what the topic is about. Everyweek we have a title of the sermon, the title tells us what we are going to learn. So whenever I check out the title, I will seek to learn something about that. Like, eg, today's sermon is about barriers to faith. It caught my attention immediately, because sometimes in my life i really feel that there are so many barriers to faith and i want to have more faith in my life.

So from here i listen carefully trying to understand the barriers that Ps Christie put across and how she gave solutions to it. WOoo, it nail some areas in my life.

if my relationship with a person is filled wtih fear, i can't trust that person. I need to relate to certain people with love and Godly kind of trust to that person and not fear....

- Lastly, listen to the preacher's heart and not just that facts and points that were presented. So many things are being said that sometimes we forget about them. In fact most of us forget almost 90% of it. Don't believe? what are some of the points you can remember from that sermon? haha... THATS WHY, we copy them down onto our notepad! So we can teach our sheep as well!

Thus, we need to listen and get the spirit and heart of the preacher. Today, i got the conviction and the kind of boundaryless trust in God from Ps christie. Have you gotten any from any preacher before? this kind of spirit stays longer with you and it will shape you and your spirit as well!

"10 minutes by Ahmed Imamovic. 1994. Sarajevo, Bosnia and Rome, Italy. How many different things can happen for only 10 Minutes. The film won the award for the best European short film in 2002.

This short film, as its title indicates lasts only 10 minutes, but it tells a much longer story which unravels only in our imagination upon seeing the end of the film. While 10 minutes in someone's life mean nothing, they can be fatal in another: a boy and his loving family, tragedy in a war-torn city, death and destruction. All in just ten minutes. The film follows two simultaneous story lines: one set in Rome, and one in Sarajevo, in 1994, the worst time of the war in Bosnia. Although the Rome part was not filmed on the original location, that does not take away anything from the quality of the film, it was just a symbolic element anyway. Cast is great, story is very compact and well written, direction dynamic and precise. There is nothing out of place in the film: well structured, stripped of false pathos, realistic, it is very straight forward. In other words, this is a jewel of a film, and it was not by chance that it won the award for the best European short film in 2002. 10 minutes for me is definitely one of the most moving and powerful films about wartime Sarajevo. Ever felt this way before? When God seems a bit further? When during the days that we forgotten about him. They times when we choose to walk more in our ways than his. And then come a time that you need him, you pray and seek him but you just feel that he is further.

But you know the great thing about God is that He never move actually, he always want to be close with us and be in our day, if only we allow and invite him at every start of the day. Even sometimes walking in office and doing church work, how easily we can do church work without God. Even as you guys are evaxing on the street, you could be doing it on your own. Following upping and shepherding your sheep with the usual talk and teaching.

James 4:8 says draw near to God and he will draw near to you. Always remember God is near if we put ourselves near him and come to him.

Tunning into God's frequency is as simple as:

Praying

Plugging into a worship song

Focusing on God and his word

Waiting upon his small touches in your everyday life. like: the bus came! found some good choc! yippie!

I got to do my life with God, not do God's work alone. Knock knock, is he beside you now?

I’m glad that many came up to me and tell me that they are touch and inspired by the post about my parents. This reminded me of this pastor’s blog that I visit every other day to learn things, he really writes stuff which are very real and things that he learn. Help me to keep my spiritual life in check as well. So as this went through my mind, God prompted me to do this blog in a similar fashion, with a stroke of the fun that is prevalent here. Hope it will continue to encourage many as I pen down thoughts and stuff. Think blogging also helps me in reflection better. And I truly hope it helps me to improve my English. Its really bad as you can see. So many run on sentences and conversational English. 

Actually i have another blog that i use as a diary to write down my experience and archive them. They are my reflections about things that happen to me. I''m a thinker for those who knows me. I think alot, many a times forgetting what i think about unless i write them down. I like journalling down my experiences, especially those that we remember so well and affect us so much. A good way to bring in what the word says into application. Here is one post from there, hope it touches you....

Last night my dad told me off(i don't want to use scold as its not really a kind of scolding) that i don't care about the house because my shoe brought in some sand and i don't bother to clean it up. In my heart when he say this to me, i know that this sentence and this impression has been a recurring one since young.

Many a times we are being wrongly and sometimes harshly accused, of the things that we do wrong and also the things that we didn't do. Dad likes to say that we don't care of things around. But the matter of fact is that when we are young we are young. Innocent and sloppy, children who are still searching and developing their sense of responsiblity at home. Its true we need to take more responsibility. Its true that we need to show more that we care. But, sometimes its not that we don't care, but we don't know exactly how to do it and also that we do not know that we need to do this. Below is a prose to bring my feelings and thoughts out.

After i sweep the floor, you came over the manage to sweep another pile up
you said i didn't put in my best
I did
That is my best, i need someone to teach me how to do it better
Not to repremiand me for not doing my best

After i clean the table and wash the dishes, you don't find it to be clean enough
you said i anyhow do things

I didn't know what is the best way to do it and clean it, i need someone to show me how

manz, sometimes in life we really respond badly to things. We rebel to our parents because they don't show the best way to deal with us. But we can't blame them fully, especially people like us who have a perfect and all loving heavenly father who understands us, who won't judge us unjustly. He brings people into our lives to help us grow and mature. He is patient with us, no matter how many times we fail, he will give us another chance and send even more people to guide us along.

We cannot respond badly or blame our parents, we have to love them and try all we can to learn from our Godly examples and change with obedience to the word.

WOW, finally i have decided to get this blog going again. It has been really a lot while huh. so many things happen around my tagboard. I remember the last time it was hilarious, even don moen visited my blog, till now its still a mystery. Maybe one day i will use IP check to find out whether all of them belonged to a single IP. hehehhe.. So to start off, i will write about our Joy's birthday. She is since last sunday 20 years old already. Look at her. more like 13.

Its really fast man, when i know her she is just finished her PSLE. oh my gosh, i see her finishing her O levels and her polys. Time really flies, she is now one of the veterans around this ministry. Joy is really a very unique sister to me. I have not seen someone like her. Honestly, have you? If you have i will really be interested to meet that person. People will know and identify her strengths easily. She makes you feel loved, cos no matter what joke you crack she will laugh. Even you don't meant it to be one. But one thing that i really admire Joy in is that she never complains when she serve God and when i ask her do acccomplish matters for me. Always saying yes and going the extra mile to finish it. Do you know she needs 8-9 hours of sleep each day. Only pigs sleep that much joy! haha. kidding. But there was once, i called her at 12 am to ask her for help, amazing she is still alive at that time and she accepted it without telling me about her 8 hours of beauty sleep. We all should have this kind of spirit man. She supports me like how i remember david's mighty men supported him. I'm so blessed as a leader to have her.

You heard of dark devotion from TCC, the one that me and joy and almost the rest of them ate is similar to that. But its way cheaper. It cost us 4.5 bucks. hehehe..

Now, BEHOLD... the magic. Its not cake you know, its thick mousse, if you know what i'm talking about.

Went to the prata shop along sims ave with Yiqin that day. Took very long to decide what to eat, as usual. I know many out there have this problem as well. haha. SO after the uncle suggest this cheese chicken matarbak. I was attracted to the name and unknowing said yes. Fools, realise its not that worth it on second thoughts. its 7 bucks!!!! so we have our wait and here it comes, here's the verdict too....

the size is quite ok... bigger than normal 5 bucks one... but not that giagantic as i thought it will be. He showed me with his arms this size, but came smaller la. All hawkers are rubbish when it comes to quoting their food. tell you prawn this big, in the end its as small as Ikan billis. manz.

But the best part is the cheese. ozzing out and on every single portion. Greats. great filling, each of the piece is filled to the max with the skin just pan fried nicly till crisp;

I liked this, the cucumber in tomato sauce. Otherwise normally i don't eat cucumber. all the "guas" in chinese. "mu gua" dong gua;

but the fruits still ok.. haha...

Think this is one the best i tried. not for the price. it will be worth to eat it often. But super bad to eat it in the night at 1am. hahaha....

I mentioned that i don't want too much chocolates for Christmas.. but i still got some. but they are the best ones that i want to recieve. Liqueur ones!!!!!!!!

one bite and it oooozes out. heats up in your mouth, the taste of the liquer mixed with the sweetness and addictiveness of the choc, as the melt and gets churned by your tongue, your taste buds jumps in cloud nine ecstasy as the emotions overflow out to your face. phooooo. have not tried it before? the brandy cherry ones are the best. Thanks Shuz, i enjoyed them totally. you want more recommendation can ask me, i will post more of my enjoyments next time.

let me introduce to you a medicine that is quite "powerful" but didn't seem to work on sharlene. its medicine that can sure many kind of problems, headache, flu, cold, block nose, wonder if its crap or not. But heard someone that tried it and not bad la.

The restaurant that we went to. its a very authentic Italian restaurant, the menu is in Italian and English, the food needless to say, different from any other pasta or pizzas that you have tried!

Our Lao Da, she gave us the TREAT!!! how wonderful, the "cost" of a leader. haha. but we try to control our order though. Still the bill is still er... haha.. Thanks shirls, you love us so much.

A good meal is not complete without wine! White wine goes with seafood... we don't have red meat on our tables, that's why we ordered it.

yeah, have fun guessing and laughing. this is the kind of fun we have. After that the night we went to NERC to have a good heart to heart talk with one another, and then play a card game called citadel, very nice, can be found in settlers or minds. the game cost 37 i think if want to buy, really gets those who are competitive to fight for the victory.

Leadership is a privilege, we work hard, and play hard. always giving our best to the Lord. Be a leader, take care of his flocks, God needs more of them, not so hard one la. With God, its not that hard after all.

went to third service with Elaine. Such an experience to like a new person to know God from scratch. Really know how the rest of the people feel through it man. So now i will share how exciting and novel to me.

I know from the start i have to think of what to say at which segment and what to explain, its unlike explaining to another youth, but i have to make it understandable and also clear to her. (hope i did!) really want to her not feel lost and feel as connected to this new family as possible. During praise, a chim word came out. MESSIAH! bet she thinks its another name of Jesus. Thus i explained.

Holy comm is another time to explain what those things mean, thank God the host did it as it was a NB service. Asked her to keep the cups, but she didn't listen to my silly suggestion. (it was meant to make her feel more comfortable. hehe)

I'm anxious about finding the adults people, so she can know more people in the church. I know that now i no longer just call her friend but also fellow sister in Christ, how nice man. finally during the welcome found xueling. Praise God.

during Sermon, things get more interesting. See her struggling the bible and explaining to her how i learn to flip the bible faster last time and how to use it better. SO fun and interesting. where each verse is and stuff.

there was this part, where we suppose to say to another to call each other sister, immediately i turn and called her brother, she broke out in laughter cause she wanted to do that to me. hahaha. i'm faster man elaine.

entertained her and make her more interested during the sermon was really something i have not done for long to a new believer in Christ.

Was so fresh to me the whole experience. nothing beats bringing new people to know this great God of mine. He is so real, especially when you get to share and tell others about it as well. And when i see their life change the feeling is compared to none on earth. its even better than munching on great chocs.

let's retain every of our Christmas babies!!!

Had a great time at the place with this big family of mine. really enjoyed one another's presence man. have been wanting to create a blog for very long, but finally decided to create one doing this on the morning of christmas. how nice....

so i will start with the wonderful choc party i had with my team. Cheng was not present. we miss your presence "hugely". will keep my blog to be mainly pics, they paint more words than i can describe... so enjoy, my life, my thoughts and my funniness, some called it homour.
